South Fork Cabins have a main bedroom, a fold-out sofa or futon in the living room, a kitchen area, heating and air conditioning, and private bathrooms with showers. Some South Fork Cabin floor plans include a loft with an additional bed. Pets are permitted in specific cabins only.

Authentic Wagons
This one-of-a-kind rental is designed to accommodate up to four people, with a queen bed and a bunk bed. It's equipped with a small fridge and has both heat and air conditioning for your comfort. Plus, all linens are provided, and there's a bathroom nearby for your convenience.
GLAMPING
Miner's Cabins
Miner’s Cabins are furnished with a futon or set of bunk beds. All Miner’s Cabins have air conditioning and electrical outlets. Located nearby are restrooms, showers and water hookups. Pets are NOT permitted.
PROSPECTING
Gold Rush Cabins
Gold Rush Cabins are furnished with a king size bed and a sturdy twin-sized bunk bed. All cooking is to be done outside on the picnic table and fire pit provided. 4 guests maximum. 2-night minimum required. Pets are NOT permitted. Gold Rush Cabins are equipt with heating and air for your glamping comfort.
RUSTIC
Boomtown Cabins
Boomtown Cabins consist of a main room furnished with sturdy twin-size bunk beds. They are located on the upper level of the campground, just a short walk down to river access. Boom Town Cabins have additional amenities including air conditioning and a private half bathroom. Pet friendly! Rate is based on guests providing their own bed and bath linens.
Country Cottage
This river-view cottage features a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with a full kitchen. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa and there is a screened-in porch with a twin size bed. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and is stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, toaster, pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker.
There is also a beautiful back yard and deck overlooking the South Fork of the American river. 6 guests maximum. Bed and bath linens provided. 2-night minimum required. Pets are NOT permitted.
Family Bunkhouses
Family Bunkhouses are seasonal accommodations that are perfect for large families and groups! We have seasonal bunkhouse options! Pleases view for full descriptions of accommodations. 6 guests maximum. All bunkhouse rooms have heating, air conditioning, electric outlets and a private bathroom with shower. Pets are NOT permitted.

Bunkhouses 2–4 will offer a combination of queen beds and bunk beds. Bedding is included for queen beds. Guests using bunk beds should bring their own sleeping bags or “bed-in-a-bag,” or may request linens for an additional fee.
Bunkhouses 5–8 will be configured with bunk beds only. Guests staying in these units should bring their own sleeping bags or “bed-in-a-bag” sets. Linens are available for an additional fee.
